Hi Rebecca,

I'm very sorry for any confusion. As explained on our website: If you submit 4 or more pages of additional material for our team to review, then your resume will be considered an "executive" project (the higher pricing tier) regardless of your experience level. The reason for this is that a lot more time & labor go into projects of this caliber. A critical (and time-consuming) part of the professional resume writing process is in fact, the review of documents, assessment, & strategic planning. When a client submits large volumes of information, the writing team must now not only read them several times over but must also carefully analyze them and decide what to include & what not to include with respect to your stated objective. This process is far more labor intensive than when we simply review an existing resume, some additional/updated data...and then write a new one. Think of it like this: Which would take you more time? a) Summarizing a 1 page story or b) writing a 1-2 page in-depth analysis of 9 pages of documents and ensuring that your 1-2 page analysis covers all essential bases while condensing what is important into a page or two. Obviously, the latter requires a lot more careful work....which is what we excel at...but of course, it qualifies as the higher "executive" level of resume writing service.

I do see that when you objected to the higher pricing, we refunded you in full. I do hope you get to try our service some day in the future...We take great pride in our work and can certainly help with your career.

Sincerely,

Andrew A. Greenstein

Thanks Timothy! While we can certainly help you secure a job, the purpose of a resume is to help you get job interviews! : )

Thanks so much ! Please let us know if you need any coaching/help with interview prep!

Dear Kelly,

I'm very sorry to hear that you aren't excited about your new resume : (

We are happy to revise it for you at no additional charge but this is the first you've told us of any issues. Please contact me at 352-978-6122 (call or text) to let me know what you don't LOVE about the resume we created---and we'll fix it!

To those reading this review: I've uploaded a copy of the resume we wrote for this client (with personal information removed/replaced) to:
http://www.resumewritinggroup.com/resumeshown.pdf

Check it out and if YOU, the reader, agree that it's less than "awesome," then you probably would not love our service but if you think it's an excellent resume, then you'll probably LOVE our service!

Sincerely,
