Lyle,

Your resume was completed and sent to you on Monday.  Yahoo users often find the file in their junk mail/spam folder but you can also download it from your account on our website as well. We'll call you today to confirm.

Thank you !

Hi Lyle -- Just following up -- You spoke to Marilyn last week and confirmed that your resume had indeed been sent but was in your junk mail folder. Kindly update your review -- Thank you !

Hi Benjamin,

I am very sorry you feel that way about the resume that our team created for you. This is the first we are hearing of any dissatisfaction you had! Our staff sent you a draft of your new resume for your approval and you never replied. The career history information you submitted was minimal and you did not respond to any requests for further information. Your project is still open and we would very much like to talk with you, obtain more background data, and complete a final draft of which you'll be proud. We'll call you today.

Dear James,

I'm sorry that you were dissatisfied with our service. To be fair, your lead writer communicated with you several times and you even responded to her! Records reflect that you e-mailed our writing team on November 22nd--days before you ordered. They provided you with a free sample critique of your old resume...demonstrating some of the ideas they had for improving it. Based on what they sent you, you then proceeded to order a professional resume on Monday, November 27th. You sent us 4 in-depth files to review and approximately 2 pages of data. Less than two hours later, your assigned lead writer (Lauren) introduced herself to you via email and reminded you that she's on call in case you have anything else to add or any questions along the way. That same day, Marilyn Somerset, Lauren's manager spoke to you by telephone as well. The very next morning, you emailed our customer service department specifically telling them "Lauren introduced herself to me yesterday..." and sending us additional information you wanted to make sure that we received. Shortly after, we re-confirmed that we had, indeed, received all of your information successfully and also gave you our professional opinion/advice re: how we best suggest dealing with the employment gaps in your career history.

One day later, Lauren sent you a DRAFT of your new resume. It reflected everything we had said we'd do in your free pre-order critique back on November 22nd. You replied within minutes telling her that it was "redundant" and could "have stronger words." You demanded a refund despite our revision policy. As a one-time courtesy, Lauren approved fully refunding you even after having done hours of work for you at your request without being given an opportunity to even revise her first draft. I believe that was more than fair but we are certainly still here to help you with your career should you decide to re-enlist our professional services. I am not sure, however, why you would write that your writer never spoke with you when, in fact, you dealt with three members of our team by phone & via email---including your lead writer.

Sincerely,
Andrew A. Greenstein

Thank you very much, Qiyun!

We look forward to serving you again!

Hi Natalie,

Thank you for your review! We're happy to help you further at no additional charge. Please contact me directly at andrew@resumewritinggroup.com to let me know more about what you'd like to see reflected in your resume. The one we wrote for you appears to be a 200% improvement over the one you sent. We corrected all errors, dramatically re-formatted it, and wrote everything new and fresh with a strategic emphasis on what it would take to meet your stated career goals. We're eager to show you what I mean and/or to help further if necessary...

Sincerely,
Andrew Greenstein

Thank you!

Hi Matthew,

Thank you for your review. Indeed, yours was a situation in which a live chat was neither requested nor required but we certainly do provide them when doing so would help us create an even better resume. I agree that in your case, the LinkedIn profile simply didn't require as much work or new writing to be highly effective. As such, I have put a $25 refund on our c. card--- off the price of your LinkedIn Profile due to the reduced amount of work involved.

Please let us know if we can do anything else to assist you !

Sincerely,
Andrew Greenstein
