Hi Connie,

We're sorry for any confusion but your revision is scheduled for this afternoon. Please let me know if you have any questions..

Andrew Greenstein

Dear Mr. Grim,

Thank you for your feedback. Having thoroughly reviewed your file, I can assure you that the resume we created for you is completely original and was created specifically for you. As your lead writer explained to you in several emails, you submitted very limited information and we attempted to phone you for more details but the phone number you gave us has been disconnected (probably a simple typo). We are still awaiting your correct phone # so we can call you, run some info-gathering interview questions by you, and acquire more information to create a better draft of your new resume. Please return our voice mails or contact us through our website.

We look forward to assisting you further.

Sincerely,
Andrew Greenstein

Hi Gerard,

Thanks for your follow-up. As per our previous emails to you, when we called your phone number, we rec'vd a "...number you have reached has been disconnected" message hence, our assumption that it was a wrong number. Your lead writer tried calling, Marilyn tried calling, and I personally tried calling as well. We all got the same result. Based on your email I assume it's working now, so I will have them re-try.

Thank you again! - Andrew

That's due in this week : )  We always send the resume first for your approval. Did you like your new resume ?
