Normally we would have taken the ship out of service but unfortunately with Red Osprey in refit it would have meant cancelling her sailings and causing even more inconvenience. The ships engineers in conjunction with external contractors were working throughout to rectify the problem which requires the dismantling of quite a lot of pipework. We do apologise for the inconvenience to guests. With respect to your other points, we'll pass them onto the onboard teams.
