Always very good but don't now opt to have breakfast on the early morning boat. Food not always hot and the plates are cold. Local McDonalds at 6.30am a better option. Last few trips I had a disabled person with me and had no problems with access - helpful staff. Using service for over 10 years gave up on Wight Link after rudeness incident when directed to a space for the car then told by another member of staff I was in the wrong place. Last week I needed to transport a dog and had to sit in the 'green house'. Quite cold and damp - most seats were wet. Generally I find wi-fi poor coverage and rarely works on Red Eagle. However, overall I don't have any problems. Would be nice to get a small discount for Senior Citizens a fiver off would help!!
