Thanks for your query. Having just looked at the booking situation for this holiday, it appears to be sold out apart from one space in a room to be shared with another female client; the only free place available at the time you booked online was a single room which carried a single supplement. One of our sales team has been in touch with you and we are now seeking to secure a twin occupancy room at all locations on the itinerary to make this available for two male sharing places. We do have to monitor and control the availability of these split share rooms, increasingly so as the holiday date approaches. Although we offer these rooms as a way to travel solo without a supplement to our clients, should the other half of the room remain unsold, we are required to absorb the cost of under-occupancy supplements ourselves. Thanks for your review. We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed your Austrian cross country ski holiday. Although we do include an introductory half-day lesson with a local instructor as well as guidance from our tour leader, our leader did comment that your group had quite a range of abilities and aptitudes and spread out a little more than usual on the days' ski outings.
