Thanks for your feedback and also for taking the time to complete our post-tour questionnaire. There's certainly a full itinerary on this holiday, a lot of sites and sights to see, and with this departure a slightly shorter walk programme due to the higher than usual heat. We do keep a close eye feedback from travellers, leaders and our partners overseas on how it all works from group to group on our holidays programmes so that you can get the most out of your trip. If you've any queries about a future holiday, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help. Angus Russell Planning Manager

Thanks for the review of your New Zealand holiday with us, we're glad you really enjoyed the tour - it certainly covers a lot of ground and shows of the range of landscapes and cultural highlights. It's always difficult to adequately describe the full nature of a tour as big as this one in the space in our brochures and website but it's always good to find your expectations wildly exceeded! We've also got a great and long standing relationship with our partners in New Zealand who work well with our tour leaders, and this really helps things to remove any glitches before they become problems and to keep things running smoothly.
