Hi there We try to keep the orders to one box where possible to ensure that we can keep the delivery prices as low as possible. We do however offer 15kg bundles should you wish to have smaller deliveries. In the new year we will be launching some new bundle options which will include free delivery in some instances. Kind Regards Team ProDog

Hi there The current pandemic means that the delivery companies are experiencing an increased workload and therefore don't always make the first day (we should emphasise that this a very small percentage of deliveries that we dispatch) The food is designed to stay frozen in the packaging and in most instances it is returned to the depot where it is kept in freezers overnight if a first day delivery cannot be achieved. We are delighted to hear that your dog loves the food and that you find the website easy to use. There is an awful lot of information on there as we pride ourselves on being able to keep our customers informed on all matters raw. Kind Regards Team ProDog
