Poor delivery service not a patch on delivery company used when we had ourf

Waited in all day for delivery, had three texts during the day to say what time it would be delivered, each one getting later & then last text late evening to say it would be the next day 😡

Hi there Good to see such glowing reviews for the products. We apologise for the delivery issue. The first order arrived on day 1 but the second order encountered issues - it was returned to the depot where it was kept in the freezers overnight and then uplifted to arrive pre-1pm the following day. With such large volumes of deliveries due to the current pandemic, delivery companies are experiencing an increased workload. We are working hard to ensure that deliveries are as smooth as possible at this time but unfortunately, there are a few issues from time to time. Kind Regards Team ProDog
