I have tracked your order and can see that it was delivered to the incorrect depot so it has now been rerouted and should be with you in the next couple of days. Hello, I am sorry to hear that there has been a delay with your order. Unfortunately due to Black Friday and the 2 day strike, Royal Mail was inundated with parcels and there have been severe delays. I can see that your order was delivered this morning but apologise for the amount of time it has taken for you to receive it. This was due to the amount of parcels that Royal Mail received following the Black Friday weekend and the two day strike.
