Hello, I am sorry to hear that you have not received your order. I have checked the tracking and can see that it is moving through the system. Unfortunately because of Black Friday and the strikes Royal Mail were inundated with parcels and there have been severe delays. You should receive this in the next couple of days, however if you do not receive it by Monday please do email us at sales@photoframesandart.com and we will send replacements to you.
