Thank you for taking the time to review Villa SP005. I'm sorry you were not 100% happy with the accommodation. It is a very popular villa and we have holidaymakers return here year on year so we were surprised to hear negative comments about the property.
It is made clear that bedroom 3 is a single room and we do have a picture of this on the website, but we are sorry if this was smaller than you expected. We will let Agnes know about the electricity box as this has never been pointed out as an issue, so we may need to see if there is a problem causing the noise.
La Sierrezuela is a residential urbanisation and dirt bikes are not permitted. I'm very sorry they disturbed your stay, as I can appreciate that it is not what you would expect in such an area. We have never had issues with noise there before, but this is out of ours, and the villa owner's control unfortunately.
Despite these small issues we are gald that you enjoyed your stay overall and we hope you would book with us in the future.

We will pass your comments onto the property owner regarding hte lack of information in the villa as this needs to be rectified. Thank you for your feedback. This is the first time we have had any negative comments about the clebaing products and appliances in the house, but the owner takes feebdack very seriously and he will be ensuring that they are improved. The villa will also be equipped with new pots and pans.
