Hello Sharon, we are sorry to hear you were not 100% satisfied with your stay at Villa FL003. We have never had complaints of the pool heat not working. This is controlled by a gas heater to the side of the property, not by a pipe into the pool. The management company in Florida are ususally very quick to respond to any issues with maintenance, so I am sure if they were made aware that the sink continued to be a problem, they would have resolved this for you. We will of course pass your comments on to them.
Booked and paid online. Access details provided by email and all went smoothly. Didn't need to talk to any humans during our stay.
