Hello Blanca,
As you know, the villa owner wrote a detailed reply to your complaint following your holiday. The property you stayed in has been advertised by us and managed by a trusted property manager for several years, without any negative comments on cleanliness or presentation. Admittedly, there were a few minor problems like the barbecue that needed an extra clean and some exterior paint that had peeled off (this is always re-done at the end of each holiday season), but the other problems you mentioned were all very minor. We are sorry that you felt the owner had offended you and that you were not 100% happy with the accommodation, but having visited the villa ourselves we are satisfied that the property is of a good standard.

I guess that it seems minor to you is that there were hairs from other people in all the beds of the house, crumbs and dirt on the carpet, or unhealthy air conditioners, but that depends on how everyone is used to live, and It seems to all of your customers that this is great too, which is fortunate for everyone, except for us, who, far from receiving compensation, or at least an apology, have only received offensive words. In short, an experience more to learn, but as you understand, our comments can not be positive.
