Remortgage perfect after that can't tell time

The remortgage was very well cared for. I would have given 5/5 but the after service for sorting out insurance to cover mortgage can't call you at a specific time. I've asked three times for my lunch...

The application process was difficult leading to us needing to go for a commercial lender. The broker we dealt with was excellent and helped us through what was in the process and a lengthy process.
