We apologise you were not contacted in good time for the renewal, I can see there was a change to your business and this needed to be resent to the insurers with the updated information which caused a slight delay. I had to get papers sent on 26th September as NICEIC assessment was held on 27/09/2022 and details of insurance were required so now have all details so no need for papers to be sent twice. I advised change to business when I made 1st contact call before insurance renew was issued but was never advised that details would not be available until I made further call 3 days before insurance due.
