don't wait till renewal day...shop around

Customer services ok. Was quoted 1 price , then on renewal date quoted a 25% higher price "human error/mistake was made", fair enough, maybe the guy had an off day..... wasn't happy about it though,...

sorry the primary question was not answered why the 50% increase when inflation is at the current rate and may rise to 10-15% but not at 50% ?

Thank you for your reply, as per my initial response the Executive is going to contact you directly to explain the premium increase in more detail, I can see they also sent an email to you on the 4th October to advise of the premium increase but I have asked they contact you by phone. So, they indicated it was the Broker? and it was in line with other Brokers and insurance company's so how have they arrived at the 50% increase in cost it is not inflation at 6% is it the band wagon? syndrome.
