The program works that the first passenger pays the full brochure fare plus port charges and government fees whereas the 2nd passenger just pays the port charges & taxes. There are potentially thousands of dollars you can save off any other website or travel agent. It's great that you saved $1500 on your cruise. All of our collateral explains the program fully so we are sorry that your experience of the program wasn't more positive.

Overall got good price
Not exactly 2 for 1 but saved a few hundred dollars each for a family of 8 to the South Pacific. Staff helpful and knowledgable. Got 7 nights free accommodation by signing up for membership.
