Would never recommend
I had had 4 different consultants in the first 10 days. I was not advised to take out insurance before paying the total amount for the cruise. Therefore we are not covered.

Unfortunately we are not in control of when our consultants are off sick or on their own holidays, however we always strive to ensure we have dedicated staff to look after your enquiries and bookings. I now understand you are booked and being looked after by one of our more experienced consultants. While it is not a requirement for us to offer travel insurance to every customer we can certainly help you out with that. We will be in contact shortly to go through an insurance quote to cover you. That way once you have the insurance your trip will be covered from now onward. We are looking forward to getting in contact with you and finalizing all the finer details of your trip.
