Not rung back after i left message, when i rang price had gone up.
Return calls when asked. I had to call back & was told there was no record of my ever calling. Then told the cruise i had chosen had gone up in price from when i had rung to book it. Not happy. Would...

She took a lot of time to fit in with our schedule. She understood that we did not want five star, but something less luxurious and cheaper. I'm still waiting for insurance information
