Very helpful.
Very helpful. Coped well with our several changes of direction. Was able to suggest why certain cabins might not be suitable for us. Seemed to understand the product very well.

Well mannered and easily heard person
The 241 Team are always very helpful. We did not want to extend so went on to the Website and found the Cruise with P & O.

it was poor to start with as we had a consultant that was very rude & no help but then after ring bout a lovly lady put us n to a very helpful manger who was great & we are very happy now
