Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you that you feel that cannot always get what you want on our program. We currently have over 3,000 cruises with over 40,000 cabin categories available on our 241 program. Whilst not all cruises are available on the program we are always striving to increase our inventory, which changes on an almost daily basis. Price wise sometimes the cruise lines can have a sale on their full (non-discounted) rates. However, despite these discounts sometimes offered by the cruise line, the 241 program should always work out cheaper for you offering significant exclusive discounts over anything you could get with the cruise line directly. We have asked a cruise consultant to give you a call regarding this as you mentioned that we are dearer, which we shouldn't be. We hope this clears everything up for you, however should you have any queries or questions regarding our program or your cruise then please feel free to bring this up on the call.

Ended up weth a different holiday
Cruise range was limited and because of seasonal travel did not allow for a reasonable lead time to properly arrange our holiday. Our preliminary itinerary was scrapped as a consequence

The staff are very helpful and pleasent to deal with. However it is disappointing that you do not offer all cruises on the 241.
We have booked a great cruise but it is not the one we wanted to take.
