Great customer service. Disappointed in the shorter cruises as you dont save much money and can quite often get a better deal through another company with more extras.

They got all the information we needed to book our cruises in a limited timeframe. They also didn't try to push us into any cruises allowed us to make the decisions.

Questionable marketing disappointing at very best.
The 241 title is ridiculous and should be subject to a trades description investigation. For an outlay of around 12k we saved just over two thousand. Disgusting.

Our 241 program means the first passenger pays the full (non-discounted) fare from the cruise line and the second guest travels free of charge, paying only port charges and taxes. Sometimes the cruise lines can have a sale on their full (non-discounted) rates.However, despite these discounts sometimes offered by the cruise line, the 241 program will always work out cheaper for you offering significant exclusive discounts over anything you could get with the cruise line directly. As you mention you saved just over $2000 against the cruise lines lowest available promotional fare, representing value for money.
