Torturous trying to get anywhere
The whole process was quite amateurish with no one willing to take responsibility. It depended on who you spoke to whether you received efficient service or not.

A bit disjointed initially but worked smoothly once the ball was rolling. Excess cover was main bebefit together with knowing work would be carried out by a Mazda approved repairer.

helpful and understanding
All staff that I dealt with were friendly, helpful and understanding at guiding mw through the process of making an insurance claim and arranging the car repairs

However, we sincerely apologise you were not kept appropriately updated both by our claims team and our repairer.
