With regards to the provision of the hire vehicle, we always try to provide a similar make and model where we can, however, at the time we had no Mazda vehicles available for you. In terms of the length of repair, please accept our apologies for this but it was due to the lack of availability of a part for your vehicle, which we continued to push to obtain. It is unfortunate this happened and is quite unusual, but it does happen from time to time and, as you point out, being in the middle of the pandemic did not help this situation. Once again, please accept our apologies for this delay.
