Many thanks for providing your feedback. We are very sorry that you were inconvenienced in having to contact your own insurer on several occasions. We are more than happy to liaise directly with a customer's insurer where they allow us to do so. Unfortunately, Admiral are one of the insurers who will only deal directly with their customer directly. It is such a shame, but this is out of our control and down to the rules of your insurer. I am pleased though that your vehicle was repaired by our Mazda approved repairer but can only re-iterate our apologies with regards to you having to call your own insurer.

Disappointed at lack of contact
The service provided by Mazda First was to deal with a non fault accident which they did but it was very hard to get hold of my claim handler at times and they took a long time to respond to emails....
