Poor service once youve purchased something they dont care, they promise to call back time after time. Prices are very good but I think the margins are so tight the service suffers.
I was informed by text and emails my freezer would arrive 8/1/13 between 8am to 9am. At 11am it had still not arrived so I rang the shop and was told it was due to be delivered between 5pm and 6pm....
