Not much service from tour director
It was hard to get reservations if we are trying to book a day or 2 in advance.
The bus driver was good and kept us safe.

We are, however, very sorry to learn of the many challenges you encountered during your journey. We regret that you felt there was not enough support from your Travel Concierge and that aspects of the organisation, such as ticketing for the Glacier Express and meal arrangements, did not meet expectations. We also understand your frustration with the variation in room sizes and amenities, and we are concerned by your comments regarding the safety of some of the showers. The wellbeing and comfort of our guests are of the utmost importance, and your feedback will be carefully reviewed with our operations teams.
We also note your disappointment with the vineyard visit, the pace of service at the Michelin restaurant, and the experience in Liechtenstein. We fully recognise how these factors would have impacted your impression of the tour, especially as it was presented as a luxury experience.
We are sorry that this trip did not provide the seamless and rewarding journey you expected, and we regret that it has left you feeling unwilling to recommend us. We also regret the difficulties you experienced during the journey over the Pennines. We appreciate how uncomfortable the detour and the driving conditions must have been, and we are sorry that this delay reduced the time available to enjoy Alnwick Castle.
