Thank you for your recent feedback. We are sorry for any disappointment caused. Unfortunately a lot of websites do now require an email to allow an order to be placed. Websites need users to have valid email address to prevent spamming of account creation etc..., as well as allowing the company to communicate to you in relation to your purchase. But we do realise that a % of our customers don't always have one, and we will review an alternative option for the future. In relation to VAT Relief, we are so sorry this wasn't clear.
