Excellent
Staff were friendly and as I explained the gift was for my Mums 80th birthday she told me it would come in gift envelope etc. Nice.

Great hotel in beautiful surroundings
Great hotel. Food nice. Rooms nice and clean. The only negative is we could only take our dog into loung/library and not into the bar. We booked this hotel specifically because it is dog friendly.

Excellent hotel group
We've stayed at the Lodore Falls and the Inn on the Lake. Very comfortable, with very pleasant and helpful staff. Excellent food. Pleased to recommend.

A well organised two day speciality break. Clean hotel. Lovely scene above the bed head. Polite, friendly, helpful staff. Convenient car parking. Position excellent, right on the square.

Change of direction required to ensure guests have a restful stay.
Service is good. Falls short of excellent as staff overstretched with weddings. During our 5 night stay there were three weddings.
