Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience and distress caused by the change in outbound ferry service, regrettably the fast ferry Liberation became unserviceable for several days and rather than cancel all travel causing mass disruption to a high number of passengers Condor rerouted their traditional ferry to operate the Poole/Channel Islands route. Your comments regarding the seating/catering have been passed to Condor for redress. We do hope that despite the delayed arrival you were able to enjoy your stay in Jersey.
