Thank you for your feedback . The Apollo is considered to be a good 3 star hotel in a central location as it is walking distance to restaurants bars and shops in St Helier.

We apologise that this was not sent through to the Airline system in the correct format. We are pleased to note that you did not experience any problem at City Airport. Jersey is considered to be a domestic flight.

I disagree with the comments from the Grand the staff did come to the room and tried the heating but failed , they then bought 2 electric heaters ( one with a wheel missing) and extra blankets, room 7 also complained and had extra heaters , the whole of the ground floor was extremely cold all weekend,
before I booked I phoned the grand and told them I was bringing a disabled partner it was also on the booking form

We have passed your comments to the Grand Hotel , who assure us that they have had no problem with their heating system recently. The heating is individually controlled in each room. They apologise for the fact that the previous guest may not have had the heating turned on, and that you perhaps you were not shown how to use it upon been shown to your bedroom. The Grand Hotel is 5 star and complies with the required access for wheelchair and mobility scooter users. The lift has only been installed in the last year and is wheelchair accessible. Mobility scooters are not allowed in rooms and required to be left on the ground floor. Had the hotel realised you required an accessible room this would have been allocated.
