We have contacted the hotel regarding your comments and the following is their reply.
The Hotel reopened for the season on the 29 March therefore no one had been in the room prior to these guests, this season. Guests were moved to a different room once we were informed of the problem. The leaflet in all rooms referring to the Norwalk Virus is for guests information only it does not refer to the Norfolk Lodge Hotel.
We are delighted to hear that the chef was in a position to cater for the gluten free guest.
The Norfolk Lodge has a Gluten free Corner in the Dining room.
C.I.Travel are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the hotel we normally receive excellent feedback about the Norfolk Lodge Hotel and staff..
