Thank you for your comments, we're sorry that you found the hotel noisy and hope that it didn't spoil your overall enjoyment of the hotel as it seems you managed to take advantage of the location and facilities.
Mostly on line contact and the only question via e-mail that i had re parking was responded to with " we are in the CI" so unable to assist.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent holiday in Jersey. As we are based in Jersey we are unable to assist with parking at Poole as we are not in a position to book it on behalf of our clients travelling as foot passengers by ferry.
