We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your return visit tot the Westhill hotel. We do advise clients at time of booking that the hotel is not suitable for people with mobility problems because of the steps involved within the hotel. Clients like the location of the hotel and the extensive gardens.
The sales telephone team were very helpful before and during the booking process, paperwork supplied was complete and gave details of car hire pick point and contact details, all of which worked...

We are sorry to hear that you feel you did not have a holiday as a result of Condor Liberation going technical on the 15 September . Had you not travelled back on the 15 September on the Clipper been unable to travel until Saturday 22 September as this was the first date that the Liberation operated due to going technical, followed by bad weather in the channel.
