We advertise 10kg hand luggage only on flights operated by TUI Airways, where this is included as standard. Other airlines, such as Ryanair and easyJet, have different hand luggage policies, which is why allowances and dimensions can vary from flight to flight. To clarify, 10kg hand luggage is included on TUI Airways flights, exactly as advertised on our website when applicable.
