u state that my balance is due 14 weeks befor the start of my holiday, that would put it 1 day befor I even booked it.

balance payments are due 14 weeks prior to departure to enable us to make payments on your behalf which are due to the suppliers. If your booking is made within the 14 weeks, the sales agent may give an alternative balance due date.Our admin team will send a reminder when the balance is due.
