Our website is very clear that the costs are not live and subject to change on confirmation. If the costs are not acceptable you have every opportunity to cancel the order and no payment will be taken. The option therefore is yours to accept the new costs or decline.

With due respect prebookabe seats are not compulsory. However, without booking the seats (at cost) the check in procedures are restricted and result in having to print the return boarding passes in resort. Therefore we do believe that our agent offered a good and truthful option for you to accept or not.

we are most disappointed with this review. We can see no notes indicating either calls or emails received regarding this booking. We refute any comments regarding 'lying' about the costs and would request any proof in this regard. Our advert was based on departures on 04 March 2015 and any other dates were subject to change as per your discussion with the sales agent.
