Thank you for your feedback. Your sales agent is one of our most experienced and it is not the normal feedback we receive about her service. Our website is very clear that the prices are not live and should we be unable to honour the online costs you are given every opportunity to accept or decline the new costs. Package holidays are not broken down into individual element costs as with any brochure package costs.It is unfortunate that you feel that you have paid too much but would suggest that your booking has extras which indicates that the 'other' holiday may not be a like for like.

Your website breaks down individual elements eg. flights, accomodation, transfers etc. so WHY when you speak to an agent is the same breakdown not possible? The agent is getting "live" flight prices so must know what they are. It is a smokescreen to inflate the price after offering what looked to be the cheapest deal on the internet. The "other" holiday had EXACTLY the same components including 2 hold suitcases and transfers which are the only extras that I have booked.

Also the price on website was same for 3 days when i tried to book, i could not book transfers online so i had to phone direct, this is the con, they then tell you that the price is actually more because it is not live, however the price did not change for 3 days, i had to pay £555 instead of the £460 quoted on website.

We regret that during peak periods the wait times on the telephone can be longer than anticipated, however, the line is not a premium number and incurs no extra costs. Further, online payments may be made via our website on the 'manage your booking' tab. Our website is not live and costs fluctuate continually. You would have to check continually to see the changes as they occur and which are fed to the site by our suppliers. This may be via cached information and unfortunately is a matter over which we have no control. Transfers may be requested online and refute the comments in this regard.
