It is regrettable that you have had a less than excellent experience as the agent involved is one of our most senior. Our website is very clear that the costs are not live and subject to change on confirmation. The feeds to our site are cached and may be delayed in updating. As the airline luggage costs vary considerably, these cannot be added on the site as the airline may change on confirmation and result in confusion if charges are not the same.
