We do regret that the booking procedure is not as expected. We note that all 20 passengers are confirmed on the flights requested. We are bound by our terms and conditions and the Data Protection Act that the lead passenger os liable for all passengers booked. If different flights were required or each individual person required full autonomy of their own booking, this should have been clarified so that each person would have been given a different booking reference. We do apologise that we have not fulfilled your expectations and would request that should you have any issues that require resolution that you email our admin or customer liaison department.
