We apologize for the initial difficulty you faced in booking through us. Credit card companies make it standard practice to verify unfamiliar charges to protect you, something we understand and, as a company, encourage.

We understand that we made an error while procuring seats for your booking. At the time when the wrong tickets were purchased, we offered a partial refund per ticket simply to make up for the difference in the price you paid versus the price of what was acquired. However, we decided to take ownership of this error and secure what you had booked initially rather than procuring inferior seats and making up for the difference with a rebate. It was only because we managed to rectify our error that this rebate was withdrawn. As per our numerous correspondences, I'm sure you will agree that we managed to procure what you had wanted and handed over the tickets for your show, as well as go out of our way to make you as comfortable as we could with this experience.
