As a third party vendor, since we do not ourselves run operations all over the world, we must rely on the operators we work with to provide experiences and activities, as well as keep us up to date on availability for any given activity. Though our operators do an admirable job in this regard, during peak season, availability runs out quickly and they cannot accommodate us. We sincerely regret that it was your booking that we couldn't complete as a result.
