Hey,

Thank you for leaving your feedback.

The Burj Khalifa is no doubt one of the most popular tourist attractions if not the most popular one. As such, we take great pride in being partnered directly with At The Top so we can offer our customers as many different variations for the Burj Khalifa experience as possible. When General Admission tickets are purchased, it is best assumed that the queue for the elevators will take around ten-fifteen minutes. If you're going at a popular time of day, like sunset, which your booking was for, this line can grow another ten minutes long, which is why we recommend in your confirmation email that you arrive twenty minutes prior at least. We apologize that you feel like you didn't have enough time, however the Burj Khalifa has no time limit on how long guests can stay on level 124 so that guests can fully take in the view.

For future reference, please do consult our customer support team via email, chat or phone to clarify any doubts regarding how your experience with your tickets will go.

Sincerely,

Viraaj
