Unfortunately, despite making all our best efforts to deliver a parcel in perfect condition, sometimes there are factors outside our control.

Thanks, but that has already been done. Once I advised that I contacted the adept of Fair Trading, the case was accelerated with the seller.
I would have said excellent but the last thing I ordered was a father's day present 2 weeks before father's day and it didn't arrive in time. Other orders have taken less than a week.
You should tell people that things are going to take months to arrive.

In regards to the teatowel you've ordered, I can see in our system that it was shipped on August 20th. Since it comes from the UK, delivery can take up to 4 weeks. Please contact our customer service team on support@hardtofind.com.au if you need any further information.

Fantastic service, very quick to respond to queries
I would have preferred additional updates regarding item tracking. I've ordered from other sites that provided more information about the delivery process so I knew what day to expect the arrival.
