According to our records we received your order on the 22nd of June and Dispatched it on the 24th of June. These are live cultures that need to be fed for the journey and carefully packed so it does usually take us a day or so to dispatch. We do have notices about this on the website.
You selected our 3-5 working day delivery option (we offer faster services but they were not selected at the checkout) and according to the tracking it was delivered in 4 business days.
I can only apologise, if you would like it to be delivered faster please choose our 1-2 day shipping option next time.

According to the tracking the item was delivered in 4 business days. We do offer faster shipping options at the checkout but they were not selected with this order.
The scobys are fine in their packaging for up to 12 months however, so any slight delays will not affect the viability of the culture.
