We replied politley and quickly to every message you sent. Stating that we are abusive is defamatory and i hope that you have some evidence of this as i cannot see any abuse from anyone but you and there are legal consiquences to such statements.
you stated in your first email that you were an expert baker that had been baking sourdough for over 20 years (not sure why you would actually need our help then) then you stated that the starter was dead and arrived dead. We asked to see a photo and you sent us a picture of a perfectly healthy starter. For someone with 20 years of experience you don't seem to know very much at all about sourdough,. But you are determined to be right at all costs. You then complained about the heat when we sent out the original starter and that you were very very unhappy that we had put it in the post when the weather was warm (but you also complained that it took too long to arrive). You insulted our founder and belittled her talent.
You demanded a refund and only a refund were belittling and condecending to our staff who all have far more experience than yourself. I am always happy to help with cultures but i am not going to be insulted while doing it.
As i said in several of our emails, i am very sorry that you did not like the starter, there are many different ways to keep and use a sourdough starter and i am sorry if you did not like ours but there is absolutley no need to speak to staff in that way.
You then tried to claim that you had been a loyal customer of many years until we pointed out that you had never purchased before and then you claimed you had been buying from us regularly for years on Amazon (until we pointed out that we do not sell on Amazon and had not for many years).
We offered advice, you insulted us. We offered a replacement, you insulted us.
