If you give us a call on 01323 730091 (Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm) one of our team can rectify that for you. The live cultures can always be a little stubborn but if you get in touch we can either get it brewing better or replace it for you.
We will always offer help and advice and replace cultures if needed if you have problems.

If you give us a call on 01323 730091 (open Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm) one of our team can either get that brewing better for you or get it replaced. Often with the cultures you just need to tweak the brewing style or the environment. If you get in touch we can get that sorted for you.
Service and on going support second to none, a rare thing these days. 👍 tremendous amount of Information on how to get the grains growing, storing, and so much more.
Lovely experience, it was my first time making kefir and I appreciated how easy they made everything. Fast shipping printed instructions with my order and my kefir grains were ready to go and tasted...

I am so sorry if you did not see the notices on the website but we were closed when you were trying to contact us. We close for two weeks every summer so that the staff can have a holiday. So sorry about the timing.
We have a record of speaking to you recently and replacing/offering a replacement set of grains so i can only apologise if you did not feel supported earlier when you were trying to get in touch.
