Product are very good. The scoby is excellent. Also love there tea’s. Mail order currently very slow in comparison to other websites in these times.

Hi,I can only apologise we are warning all customers of the two week delay before purchase so we are trying to make everyone aware of the delays. I have just checked and it does look like there was also a significant delay with the delivery. Royal Mail are working very hard but there are delays in the networks and i can only apologise that this delayed your order further. Sadly this is all out of our control. Again we do warn aboput these delays and they are universal across all companies that use delivery companies. We do appreciate they are frustrating though so again very sorry about that.
We are a Small family run firm and we have been hit by unprecedented order volumes, social distancing also adds to the delays as packing even the simplest of orders is now much more complex in order to keep ourselves and our customers safe.
We do sincerely apologise for the impact that this has caused on deliveries and are working hard to improve the delivery speed.
I waited a while for my order - lockdown so maybe expected - but it arrived beautifully and thoughtfully packaged, with excellent information. So I’m brewing my first kombucha with a happy scoby that...
Great service, everything arrived whole and it was easy to set up the kombucha kit. Now 10 days in and there's two very happy scoby's working hard! Can't wait to day 14 to try the first batch....
