Short shelf life

Disappointed that the feed only had a short shelf life, end of October and considering I only have a few alpacas much of it is going to loose its nutritional value

Hi there, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We certainly would not usually sell a product with a month's shelf life so thanks for bringing this to our attention. I have asked our sales office to look at which batch you were sent so I will confirm that as soon as I know. In the meantime, are you able to see 2 dates on the bag? The batch number is usually the date of manufacture printed backwards so I just wanted to make sure there was no confusion with that. Thanks for your patience - we will be in touch shortly with an update.

Apologies, read the wrong date. It is in date. I've ordered from GWF fir a number of years and always had prompt delivery and service
